When you were born again, your entire identity changed. You've been remade into a mighty spirit being in Christ. At the same time the Bible says that your name was written into the Lamb's Book of Life in Heaven. Also, we see in the Book of Acts where the demons know those who are in the Kingdom of God by name, and are afraid of them. Let that truth sink in. The demonic forces are genuinely afraid of the power God has put inside you as one of His children now that you are in Christ. They know you by name and are afraid of who you really are. Their only hope is that you don't know who you really are and can be deceived into believing they are more powerful than you are. In Christ, you are powerful. You have authority over all the powers of darkness because Jesus gave you that authority. That is why you are known both in Heaven and in Hell.
