Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. Psalm 37:5
It is only natural to reflect on the past and set goals for the future. The words of King David serve as a guiding light for us, encouraging us to trust our plans to the Lord and place our trust in Him.
We need to remember that our ultimate success lies in surrendering our goals and desires to God.
When we commit our ways to the Lord, it means acknowledging His sovereignty over our lives. It is an act of humility, recognizing that our plans are best shaped within the framework of the plan God has for our lives.
As we make our New Year goals, invite God into the process. Share your hopes, dreams, and goals with Him in prayer, seeking His guidance and wisdom.
Trusting in God implies a deep reliance on His faithfulness. It means walking hand in hand with God throughout the year, knowing He is the steadfast anchor in the middle of the uncertainties of life.
When challenges arise, and the path ahead seems overwhelming, our trust in God becomes the rock beneath our feet.
Let this be the year you lean on the promises of God, believing that He is capable of bringing your goals and desires to pass.Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.
Heavenly Father, I Commit my way to You. You are Almighty God and I ask for Your lead in my life. I want my desires and goals to be in line with Your Word as I choose Your wisdom, guidance, and direction for life. You alone are God, and there is no other. You have all of life’s answers as I seek You first. Thank You, Father God. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
