AUDIO VERSIONLEAN ON GODPaul, who wrote this letter to the Philippians, had a profound perspective on suffering and depended on God for His strength.

For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him but also to suffer for His sake. Philippians 1:29

Think about it like this: Believing in Christ is like the first step, the foundation. We get that part: the love, grace, forgiveness, it is amazing, but Paul says there is more.

Imagine being invited to a grand celebration. You eagerly RSVP, and upon arrival, you realize it is not just a party but an adventure.

There are challenges, but those challenges make the celebration even more meaningful.

In our faith, challenges come our way, and we will experience tough times during those challenges.

It is because, in those tough times, our faith is refined and deepened, and we discover the true extent of the strength of God inside us.

This unites us with Jesus in a unique way. When we face difficult situations and lean on the strength of God to make it through them, we look to Jesus as our example.

It reminds us that we are not alone in our struggles because we are walking the path Jesus made for us by relying on God for our strength.

Remember to lean on God the next time you face a difficult situation. God will see your challenges, and He is not only with you in them but is using them to shape you into the person He made you to be.Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.

Heavenly Father, I am blessed beyond measure as You are my Father God, and Jesus is my Lord and Savior. Through the gift of salvation, I now have a strength that only You can give. I can make it through as Jesus is my example, and I trust in You. I know I will have joy and peace in believing and the strength I need. Again, Father God, I know this was all possible by Jesus being my Lord and Savior and my trust in You. Thank You, Father. I pray and thank You in the name of Jesus. Amen.
