King Solomon reminds us that life is not just about what is happening right now. There is a bigger plan that extends beyond our current circumstances and whatever we are going through.
For surely there is a hereafter, And your hope will not be cut off.Proverbs 23:18
It is like a promise straight from above that our hopes, dreams, and aspirations are not going to be taken away from us. It is a reassurance that no matter how tough things get, our hope remains intact.
Life can throw some curveballs when we feel like giving up, like our dreams are too far fetched, or when hope is just a distant memory. But that is where this Bible verse comes in.
It reminds us to keep our eyes fixed on the bigger picture, that there is more to life than what we can see, and that our hope is secure in something greater than ourselves.
The next time you are facing challenges, dealing with disappointments, or just feeling lost in the stress of life, remember to let God be your anchor, guiding light, and source of hope. Because no matter how dark the night may seem, morning always comes. And with it comes the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
Hold on to that hope in God and trust that your hope will never be cut off.
Heavenly Father, my life is in You, therefore I will learn from Your Holy Word what You have for me. I will know how You think and what pleases You. My hope will never be cut off as my trust is in You. It is a reassurance that no matter how tough things get, my hope remains intact. Thank You for such great and awesome Love. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
