Gene's Daily Scriptural Postings

27 March 2022

The world tells us that seeing is believing. But that's exactly backwards. In truth, we must believe something before we can see it. Unless the builder can picture the plans for the building in his mind, and believe the building will come into existence, it will never be built. Only after it is built will he see the building, which is well after he first believed it would come into existence. What is the passion God put in your heart right now? Look for a promise in God's word in line with that passion. Take that promise into your heart. Meditate on it until you believe it is actually true for you. As you begin to believe, faith will rise up. Only then will you see what you believe appear to everyone else into the natural world.

For we walk by faith, not by sight.— 2 Corinthians 5:7 (WEB)
