A great many Christians think that their faith is all about what happens after they step into eternity. Others believe that the things of God only relate to spiritual stuff and have no bearing on temporal matters.
However, the Kingdom of God has untold practical benefits for us here and now, in this life, as well as in eternity. The Bible tells us that godliness is profitable in all things. The same verse specifically mentions that the benefits of godliness are for both this life and the life to come.
As we learn the ways of the Kingdom of God and begin to walk in them, we will see improvements in this life. For one thing our relationships with others will start to improve, almost right away. And we can also see improvements in our health and even see our finances grow as we gain revelation in these areas of God's Kingdom ways.
Godliness is profitable in ALL things. So if there is an area where you struggle and are experiencing less than God's best, perhaps it is time for you to dig in and learn God's Kingdom ways for that part of your life. | ||
