MADE PERFECT IN JESUS

We can see the commitment Paul had to sharing the Gospel. He was not just sharing good news; he was teaching with wisdom that we were all made perfect in Jesus.

Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Colossians 1:28

Think about it for a moment. Paul was not content with a superficial faith or a partial understanding of the truth.

He was passionate about helping others grasp the fullness of what it means to be in Christ. And that includes both the blessings and the responsibilities that come with being a Believer.

We are challenged to look at our approach to sharing the Gospel.

Are we offering a watered down version of the Gospel, or are we, like Paul, boldly proclaiming the truth with a genuine desire to see others grow and mature in their faith?

It is easy to shy away from the tough aspects of discipleship, the parts that require us to confront sin, challenge worldly thinking, and make sacrifices for the sake of the Kingdom of God.

Paul reminds us that true spiritual growth often comes through overcoming sacrifice and perseverance.

Follow the example Paul showed us by embracing the call to preach, warn, and teach with wisdom.

Do not shy away from the hard truths of the Bible, but instead, embrace them wholeheartedly, trusting that the Word of God has the power to transform lives.

We must keep our focus fixed firmly on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. He is the one where we find our strength, hope, and ultimate perfection.

So that we can be faithful stewards of the Gospel, working tirelessly to present every person as mature in Christ.

Recognizing that it is only by the grace and power of God at work within you that you can accomplish your calling.

As you go out and share the Gospel in obedience to this calling, do so confidently, knowing that the same Holy Spirit who empowered Paul is alive and active in you today.

Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.

Heavenly Father, I am very thankful for the grace and the power I have in You to lead me into all truth, and You will lead me in the calling You have for my life. It is by grace that I have been saved from the clutches of the enemy, and as I keep my focus on You and my calling in You, I will accomplish what You have for my life. Thank You for Your Holy Spirit that lives mightily in me. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

It Is Only By The Grace And Power Of God At Work Within You That You Can Accomplish Your Calling.
