IDENTITY IN CHRIST

Paul starts by pointing out that it is not about us, it is about Jesus. In Christ, we find wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, all of these incredible gifts are wrapped up in Jesus.

But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption, that, as it is written, He who glories, let him glory in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:30-31

In Christ, we find wisdom that surpasses our understanding. It is not just about knowledge or intelligence; it is about understanding life from the perspective of God, seeing things through His eyes.

Through Christ, we are made right with God. It is not because of anything we have done but what Jesus did for us on the cross. We stand before God in His righteousness.

This is the process of becoming more like Christ. In Him, we find the power to grow, change, and leave behind the things that hold us back and to embrace the life He has called us.

In Christ, we are set free. We are no longer slaves to sin or our past mistakes. We have been bought with a price, redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus.

Our response is gratitude, humility, and worship in the goodness, grace, and faithfulness of God.

Remember who you are in Christ. Live in the wisdom, righteousness, and redemption that only Jesus gives you.

Take a moment to meditate on what you read today, and let it sink deep into your heart.

Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.

Heavenly Father, I am so very thankful for the redemption I have in Jesus. My response is gratitude, humility, and worship in the goodness, grace, and faithfulness of You. A great price was paid for the freedom I now have. I want to live each day in honor, and glorifying You in my actions, thoughts, and speech. My life is to live for You. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Remember Who You Are In Christ. Live In The Wisdom, Righteousness, And Redemption That Only Jesus Gives You.
