Identity is at the root of a huge percentage of the personal problems in our world. Even many Christians don't understand their identity in Christ.

As a result they ether lack purpose entirely, or try to find it in unfulfilling ways. Many are working very hard to rise up to the standard they see in the Bible. Not only is that exhausting in every way possible, but it doesn’t even work.

You are a human being, not a human doing. In the Kingdom of God, what you do flows out of your true identity in Christ. Your identity comes from what you believe. It’s not based on the things you do. You are a “be to do” not a “do to be.”

Fortunately, once we learn our true identity in Christ, we discover meaning and purpose for our lives. And that’s where we start to develop God-given vision for our own future!
