Believers in Jesus are now the very righteousness of Christ Himself. Sin is not our nature anymore. The great exchange took place and Christ’s righteousness is yours as a result. Jesus took all your sin and dealt with that issue once, for all — for all sin, for all people, and for all time.
Dealing with all our sin is mind boggling itself. But then we see in scripture where Jesus does even more by giving us the very righteousness of God Himself. All this comes because we believe it, not because we earn it.
Now, because your righteous status in Christ, you are therefore legally entitled to every single blessing mentioned in the Law, along with all of the blessings mentioned elsewhere in the Bible too.
