Jesus said the way to stay joyful is to abide in His love. Joy is vital because it is often a more powerful spiritual weapon than we appreciate. Joy in the Lord is a powerful source of strength and allows us to withstand every and anything the enemy might try to throw against us.

Joy leads to restoration. It is the path to victory over live’s challenges, and it is a way to reclaim lost blessings. Our souls desperately cry out for more joy in our lives.

This need for joy means the love of God is where we should be living every moment of every day, not someplace that we visit from time to time. The biggest reason people struggle with fear and depression is because they are not remaining in the love of Jesus.

Fortunately it’s easy to remain in the love of Jesus. Just do what He tells you to do.
