The thing that sets Jesus apart from the founders of every other religion out there is that Jesus didn't stay dead. Three days after Jesus was buried, his tomb was found empty. His body was not there because he rose from the dead. That tomb is still empty!
No other leader could say it would happen before he died and then back it up by being resurrected like Jesus did. We can take confidence in historical fact of the resurrection of Jesus. Because He lives we can be assured of our own resurrection when we step into eternity.
This difference is so significant that it literally changed the course of human history. For thousands of years, mankind has measured our calendar in years since Jesus lived, or before His time.
People who say Christianity is just one of many religions don’t understand this. Jesus is alive today and offers His very life to you to set you free. His life is healthy, prosperous, full of joy and freedom. You can have all that and more if you decide to believe it and then receive it. | ||
