It is a very dangerous thing to criticize and condemn other believers. Far too many followers of Jesus miss this. They feel like it is there responsibility to personally call out everyone who deviates from their own understand of what they find in the Bible. They can be especially condemning when it comes to leaders in the Body of Christ.

Jesus said He would build His church and He takes it very seriously when people mess with it. He calls the church His bride. He cares so much for His church that He laid His own life down for her. And the Bible is very clear that He’s also coming back for her one day.

So you better have a very clear word from God before you criticize or condemn others in that church. Otherwise you will have to answer to Jesus. Telling Him, ”I didn't really mean it,” won't be an acceptable excuse.
