One of the last things Jesus did before leaving this earth was to deputize believers with His own authority. We have been commissioned to push back the world of darkness by teaching people what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and how to live in accordance to the ways of the Kingdom of God.
You don’t have to beg God to move on your behalf any more than Jesus did, now that you’re in Christ. You’re empowered by the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. In truth, you’ve been given all the authority and power you need, along with the thousands of promises of God, so that you can thrive in every area of life.
The authority is in you. Jesus has the power to back it up too. Will take your place in the Kingdom and exercise the authority Jesus has given to you? |
