Gene’s Daily Scriptural Postings.

Sometimes we start down a road doing something with the best of intentions. Maybe we didn't hear God correctly before we started. Or maybe we neglected to check in with God on it at all. Often it can be hard to stop something, especially when we have a lot of time or money invested in it. Regardless, the moment when we realize it's wrong, or when we hear God tell us to stop that thing, that is exactly the right time to stop it. No matter how much money we have into a thing, when we see it's wrong we need to bail at that moment. Trust God. Remember that He is able to bring in more than the loss back to you. You will do far better getting back on the right path with God without the money. Don't believe mammon's lie that you have too much invested to quit the thing even though you know it's wrong. That's just the enemy trying to keep you on the wrong path and away from your destiny with God.
