Faith confuses many people. Some think it means deluding yourself into believing a fantasy that isn't real. They talk of, "blind faith,” as if it's a thing. But people of faith actually have better vision than most because they have hope which gives them a window into the spiritual realm. That spiritual realm is every bit as real as our tangible, physical world. Faith is simply the mechanism that pulls those true realities across from the spiritual world into the every day, physical world. Hope sees into the future. Faith brings that future into the present because faith is, “now." Faith brings things others may not be able to see into visible reality. The key to effective faith is believing and hoping for things which are true. Since God is the source of all truth, studying His word is one sure way to build your faith. As your faith grows you will find yourself pulling things across from the spiritual realm into your own physical world more consistently. When you get to that place you will find you are a world changing overcomer!
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.— Hebrews 11:1 (MEV)
