The wisdom of God is hidden, but it's not hidden from us. As believers and followers of Jesus, God's wisdom is hidden for us. It is only accessible from an intimate relationship with God. It cannot be accessed apart from knowing God, which prevents people gaining it through their own ability and using that wisdom for their own selfish purposes. At the same time, it is not hidden only for some super-spiritual class of Christian. The Holy Spirit reveals it to all who will receive it and believe it, no matter their background or past experience. It only stays hidden and mysterious to those who reject that revelation from the Holy Spirit. The truly amazing part is the reason for God's hidden wisdom. The Bible clearly says that wisdom is there for ourglory. God intends His wisdom to glorify you! So here's a question to ponder as you go through your day today. Will you seek God and find that wisdom He has hidden especially for you?
