Many times our problems in life seem to overwhelm us. Yet because you are In Christ, God has made you the head and not the tail. You are only above and not beneath. Some translations say "always" above and not beneath. (It's in Deuteronomy 28:13 if you want to look it up and be encouraged.) Rise above your problems and take your rightful place. Jesus spoke a single word to Peter and said, “Come.” Peter was able to stand on that word as he stepped out of the boat and walked on the water. You too can hear the word of the Lord today and step out of the boat. It's time to walk above the adversity in your life!

Then Peter called to him, “Lord, if it’s really you, tell me to come to you, walking on the water.” “Yes, come,” Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus.- Matthew 14:28-29 (NLT)
