The words you speak have more power than you know. The Bible says they have the power to either bring life or bring death. As a follower of Jesus you are a member of a royal priesthood. You are royalty and Jesus is your brother. Plus, you are a priest of the most high God. This means your words are empowered with great authority. Jesus emphasized this when He said we will give an account for every idle word we speak. The best thing you can do is speak life into your world by calling forth those things that do not exist as though they do. Give life to people's hopes, dreams, and ideas by speaking words of creative power and encouragement instead of words of death and destruction over them.
