Sometimes we can feel like we're all alone in our walk with God, that no one around us is willing to stand for what is right. But know this. God's grace always sustains at least a remnant of His people. For example, Elijah thought he was the only one who stood on God's side. Yet after he faced the prophets of Baal, God revealed that He still had 7,000 of His people in Israel who remained faithful and had not worshiped Baal. What's more, immediately after God revealed that to Elijah, God brought Elisha to him to become his protege in ministry. If you feel like you are all alone, be encouraged. Continue to stand for what is right and know that God always has at least a remnant. Perhaps you can ask God to connect you with some others who share your heart for the things of God's Kingdom too.

Unless the Lord of hosts Had left to us a very small remnant, We would have become like Sodom, We would have been made like Gomorrah. — Isaiah 1:9 (NKJV)
