For God, love means doing, more than feeling. The way Jesus explained it, we are to do for other people just what we would want someone to do for us if we were in their same situation. The expression of love is “doing” much more so than “feeling.” In that way our love for others becomes visible to everyone around us. In fact, the way we love people should be so pronounced and obvious that it sets us apart and identifies us as followers of Jesus. What act of kindness can you do today to show someone they are loved by God?
