The words we say are indeed powerful. But their power is directly related to how confidently we believe in our hearts those things we say. That’s why just trying to say the right things without establishing our hearts in the truth tends to be so ineffective. The Bible tells us belief comes first, then we speak. You will do well to invest time and energy into learning God's truth so thoroughly that it becomes a central part of you. Then, when you genuinely believe the truth deeply, your faith filled words will powerfully impact your world.
