AUDIO VERSIONEARTH IS THE LORDSWe must be grateful for the blessings we have been given, knowing they are all gifts from God. We also need to praise the Giver, who loves blessing His children with His gifts.

The earth is the Lords, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein. Psalm 24:1

Sit down with any financial advisor, and they will want you to tell them your assets, and then they will calculate your net worth. You might tell them about your car, house, the amount you have saved in the bank, and other investments you might have. Assets are anything of value where you are the owner.

That is how we talk about our assets too. I can spend my money; however I wish. This is my house, and you live by my rules. When we talk like that, we begin to believe these things belong to us, and we fail to see the truth that we are in no way the rightful owners.

The Bible makes it clear that the earth and everything in it belongs to the Lord. We are all stewards of these assets, generously blessed with these resources.

Just as we entered the world without anything, we will leave this world without anything, which is why your attitude and how you handle these riches are very important to God as the true Owner.

Have you thanked God for the Blessing He has given you? Or have you fallen into the tendency of viewing these items as yours?Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.

Heavenly Father, as I ponder Your Words of wisdom to me, I want always to be mindful that the earth is Yours and the fullness thereof. You have provided all that I have. Please bring this to my remembrance as I go through this life, as there are so many that try to make us think it is us. You are a giving God and You have given life itself to me. I honor You with my possessions and I gladly give back to You in whatever way I am lead. Thank You, Father, for such great Love. In Jesus name, Amen.
