The Kingdom of God is upheld by His word. Peter was invited to participate in an amazing miracle when Jesus called him out of the boat onto the water. Jesus only spoke one word, "Come." But that one word was enough for Peter to step out in faith join Jesus in miraculous activity. While Peter maintained his belief in that word from Jesus, his faith kept him on top of the water. But the moment he shifted his focus from that word to his natural surroundings, Peter's belief faltered and he began to sink. It was the word of Jesus that Peter walked on, not the water. The water just happened to be under his feet. This example from the life of Jesus and Peter shows us that God wants us to be a part of His supernatural activity. Even today God invites you to participate in miracles in His Kingdom. Will you hear His word? Are you willing to believe that word from God more than all the noise the world is screaming at you through the storms of life? Apply faith action to your belief. Step into the supernatural. Walk on that word from God. Participate in the miracles God is doing today in His Kingdom.
