Many people struggle to find balance in their lives between their jobs, family, relationship with God, and so on. But that's the wrong goal. Instead of striving for balance we should put these things in proper order. The Bible teaches clear priorities in our lives. Our relationship with God should be first, then our husband or wife, and then our children. Our job or ministry should be prioritized in order below all that. When we order things according to God's priorities, we will experience the peace that balance promises, but never quite actually delivers. God is the God of order, not chaos.
