Just Don't Judge Me from Your perch.

PTSD comes in many shapes and sizes. We have mild, chronic or complex. And people that don't understand can be bias. They can easily take things out of context. Those that don't understand can be jerks. By not educating themself about the disease. Making us feel even more berserk. Because what we experience is no breeze. See we don't know how we'll be from day to day. Or even hour to hour for that matter. We can change in a moment by something you say. Depending on the person, you may or may not want to scatter. Our non-visible wounds run deep. The scars that you do not see. And can be triggered in a heartbeat. By a sound, smell or even looks, it can be. I get tired about trying to explain. Please understand you need to research. Because what I feel is excruciating pain. Just don't judge me from your perch.

"Before you assume. learn the facts.

Before you judge, understand why,

Before you hurt someone, feel.

Before you speak, think."
