THE LOVE OF GOD

We were without strength, spiritually bankrupt, and unable to save ourselves. Despite our best efforts, we could not earn our salvation or deserve the grace of God.

For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. Romans 5:6-7

Jesus died for us, not when we were at our best, not when we had it all together, but when we were at our weakest and most undeserving.

That is the depth of the love God has for us. He did not wait for us to clean up our act or meet some impossible standard. He saw us as we were and loved us enough to sacrifice His Son.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Jesus did not die for the righteous or the good; He died for the ungodly. He died for us with all our flaws, failures, and sins.

We can never earn the love of God or His salvation through our efforts. It is a gift freely given, rooted in His boundless grace and mercy.

All we can do is accept the gift of salvation with humble hearts and live in response to this incredible love.

Let today be a reminder of the depth of love God has for you. No matter where you have been or what you have done, His love is greater still.

Take a moment to thank God for sending you Jesus and ask Him to help you live your life in response to His incredible love.

Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.

Heavenly Father, I thank You with my very life. I say thank You for sending Jesus to redeem me from sin and for the gift of salvation. What hope and peace as I am now a child of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. You are my everything, and I willingly walk as You lead me in Your Word, the Bible. Thank You, Father God, for the precious gift of Your Son to take my place. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

No Matter Where You Have Been Or What You Have Done, The Love Of God Is Greater Still.
