It is a decision of our will to praise God and be thankful for all He does for us. We can choose to do this regardless of our circumstances. Praising and thanking God for who He is and what He's done is the core of worship.
This enlarges our perspective of God and at the same time reduces our perception of the problems we face. It moves us into a place of faith, to where we begin to see real change in our world.
You can start right now. Praise God. Thank Him. Spend a little time in His presence and watch how your perspective shifts!
