Join Mikel TONIGHT on let's get together online and share some thoughts on "Holiday Check-In!" when it comes to mental health.
We'll do a quick check-in with everyone to see how they're doing as we head into the holiday weekend before Christmas day and discuss some practical advice for navigating the season’s emotional challenges and taking care of your mental health. We'll discuss self-help tips, (7) tips that can be used to get through the holidays and reduce the stress, anxiety, and depression We'll also share setting boundaries using the STOP Model around the holidays.
