My mind never rests; what the next right thing to do is, often escapes me. I have anger issues and sometimes, I'm better off isolating; being by myself until I calm down. I do this by taking my cameras out for a drive, just me, my equipment and my truck out for a visit with Mother Nature. It's not a cureall, but it helps to step back, take a deep breath and move forward. Blessing, Sir.
