It really all boils down to attitude. A leader with a poor attitude is never going to inspire others to be or do better. They may get results, but that's just being a manager, not a leader.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. In spite of all my pain, I truly believe that God has better things planned for me. So I eagerly await His plan as I look forward to a better forever with Jesus. Have a blessed day today and always.

You've got to believe that your best days are yet to come. Some of us get stuck in the "glory days" of the past. Because of this, we fail to see that God is doing an awesome thing in our lives today.
