God promotes faithfulness and integrity. When we are faithful with what God gives to us today, it qualifies us to have more tomorrow. This is why it is so important to do small things well. God knows that how we do small things reveals how we will do much bigger things.

Are you diligent and faithful to do the small things when the stakes are low? Do you maintain your integrity even when no one else will find out? If you aren't faithful with little things, or if you tend to cheat when no one is looking, then you are disqualifying yourself for godly advancement. That's the bad news.

The good news is that you have the power to change. God is looking for good people to promote. Make the decision today to do the little things with excellence and integrity. Doing so will qualify you to become one of those God raises up for bigger things.
