Many folks think they are doing just fine and don’t need a savior. That’s why it often takes getting to the end of ourselves before we turn to God for help. Fortunately when we do turn to Him, we find Him there waiting on us.
The danger comes in thinking we’re doing just fine on our own. Or in thinking that we needed Jesus only for salvation while trying to live the rest of the Christian life in our own strength. That’s a path which leads to frustration, exhaustion, and ultimately to failure and emptiness.
If that’s you, here’s some good news. You can have peace in your times of trouble because you are in Christ.You know that Jesus overcame this world.
