Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I have had a most troublesome time trying to post a response today. Some of my pasting just went crazy. I hope that this time is better. When I saw the first image that was by Isabel Allende about Writeabout what should not be forgotten, I immediately thought of the Gospel of Jesus. Mikel, I don't envy your trip to NYC, Growing up in NY and Long Island was great, back in the day. So glad I left and never went back to live there. Cheers
Funny, I was never much of a written goal type when I was in the military. Yes we had goals but the concept of writing them down didn't really come around until a change in the APR/OPR system required it late in my career. Now in my civilian career it was a mandatory thing at all levels so guessing written goals was a management
concept developed in the late 80s. Guess I'm a dinosaur.
