Gene’s Daily Scriptural Postings

08 March 2024

God pours His grace out on us lavishly. So much so that Jesus said it is the Father's good pleasure to give you His Kingdom.

As a believer, the Kingdom of God is now yours by right of inheritance because you are a co-heir with Christ. So you now have every resource in the Kingdom of God at your disposal, both natural and supernatural.

God makes all this grace "abound" to you. That word abound in the original Greek means, "to exceed a fixed number of measure, to be left over and above a certain number or measure." In other words, God is able to do immeasurably more than you can ask or even imagine.

Since the Bible clearly tells us this, why do you tolerate less than God's best in any area of your life? In Christ you are entitled to enjoy God's superabundant grace throughout your life.

If you have lack in any area, look to God's grace. Know that He has already supplied even more than you need. There's enough and extra so that you can bless others from the overflow. That grace is there, waiting for you to receive it.

And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work. — 2 Corinthians 9:8 (WEB)
