The Bible says something very profound about you that you may have missed. It says you are “accepted” in the Beloved. The original Greek uses the word charitoō.

Even though it derives from the root word charis, which we know means grace, it really does not have an English equivalent. The King James Version says God, "made us accepted." But it means so much more than that.

In truth God has made us graceful, lovely, and agreeable. The Father pursues us with grace and infuses us with his grace and honors us with blessings. This is part of your new identity in Christ. Will you believe it today?

to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. — Ephesians 1:6 (NKJV)
