Jeff is responsible for successful planning, coordination, primary & joint operations, and

execution of multiple large-scale projects & missions from start to finish in both the

federal and civilian sectors. He is an advocate for all service members & their families.

He is an active member of both the VFW and the American Legion, and has held many

officer positions in both organizations. Currently, Jeff is the Director/ President of the

Riders program and the Finance Officer for the American Legion Conroe, TX Post 411.

Jeff is an individual that must always be busy and involved in something that has an

impact within a community. Starting out at the age of 10, Jeff spent his summers and

school breaks working on construction projects with his family. This path of construction

grew and continued through college, as well as time between deployments and on leave

from the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his 22-year military career and over-

lapped 30-year career in construction, he has had many distinguished honors of

recognition, commendations, and advancement in both the military and in the

construction industry. 

He has advanced from “boots on the ground” to Senior Project Management, Project

Executive, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of

Operations. From multi-family construction to data centers, mission critical, industrial &

manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, solar, precast, transportation, tilt-wall, airports, million

square foot plus projects and more. Conception through the design inception, Jeff

develops the overall strategy ensuring budgets are maintained, schedules are followed,

and standards of quality are met. With a BAS degree in Engineering, he has an intuitive

ability to understand the smallest of details. 

From the onset of his construction career, he has been intricately involved in all aspects

of a project from pre-construction to project close-out. Not only does have the

experience and technical knowledge to execute projects and mission successfully, but

he has strong communication & planning skills which is reflected in the successful

outcome of his projects. No matter where Jeff is at with his career, he has an

unbreakable passion to always support and advocate for Veterans and this is something

that will never change.
