God never meant for you to live this Christian life alone in isolation. There is tremendous power in community and in unity. So much so that God even commands a blessing on unity in Psalm 133. As a follower of Jesus, there are tangible benefits to being connected with a body of believers fellowshipping in a church setting. This is why the enemy wants to isolate you, to separate you from a church family, so that you are easier to destroy. Don't fall for the lie that you don't need to be a part of a church body. You will be most successful in your life, and most effective for the Kingdom of God when you are actively living life in connection with other believers. |

But a body that comes together for one day then spends the next 6 days ignoring everything they were taught isn't the kind of church body I want to be with.
