The Bible tells us that when we pray according to God's will, not only will He hear our prayers, but we will have whatever we ask Him for. That's an amazing promise right there.

The praying according to God's will is the part that trips some believers up. One sure way to be confident you are praying according to the will of God is to pray God's own words back to Him. When you see a promise or blessing in the Bible, you can pray that back to God with the confidence of knowing it is His will for you to have it.

Make it a habit for the next year to pray God's promises back to Him and then expect to receive them. It will change your relationship with God forever!

This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. So if we know that He hears whatever we ask, we know that we have whatever we asked of Him. — 1 John 5:14-15 (MEV)
