God is good. All the time. That's why it's a problem when people say that God is responsible for natural disasters and all sorts of bad stuff that happens in people's lives. Falsely blaming God for the bad stuff in the world creates a false understanding of who God is by misrepresenting His character.

The New Testament says that God only sends good things into our lives, “every good and perfect gift is from above.” It is deception to think otherwise. Jesus said that it’s the thief, the enemy of our souls, who comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus then contrasted it with His purpose to give us a superabundant, overflowing life.

This gives us an accurate test for everything we experience. If it’s bad, loser-fer is behind it somehow because it cannot be from God.

God is good. Get to know the true God and see His goodness first hand. The more you experience God's goodness, the more you want to experience it. You will find yourself in a virtuous cycle of intimacy with God that produces even more good things in your life.

All it takes to get started is one small taste.
