THE GREATER ONE LIVES IN YOU |
Life sometimes makes us feel small. Challenges can seem overwhelming, temptations can be tough, and fear and doubt can feel insurmountable. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 John reminds us of something amazing: we belong to God. As His children, we have the Holy Spirit living in us, and that changes everything. John does not say you might overcome, he says you already have. That means the victory is already yours, not because of your strength, but because of the One who lives in you. The Holy Spirit is greater than any problem, any doubt, and any challenge. When you feel weak, remember, His strength holds you up. It is easy to measure our struggles by what we see: how big the problem appears, how heavy the burden feels, and how deep the pain runs. God’s Word points us to what was unseen, which is even more real than what we see. God lives in you. That changes everything. The enemy might make a lot of noise, but he is not greater. The world may feel overwhelming, but it is not stronger than God in you. Living in this truth means we do not have to be afraid. We can face every day with courage, knowing the Greater One is with us and has already gone ahead of us. It does not mean the struggles disappear, but it does mean we can have confidence right in the middle of them. Your victory is not fragile, it is rooted in God, who loves you and calls you His child. When the world tries to tell you that you can not make it, remember this: God speaks even louder through His Word. He who is in you is greater. Rest in that truth, walk in that power, and let the Holy Spirit carry you through every challenge.

Heavenly Father, thank You for living in me through Your Holy Spirit. Remind me daily that You are greater than every fear, trial, and enemy I face. Help me walk in confidence, knowing Your victory is already mine. In the name of Jesus. Amen. |
