HUMBLED BEFORE GOD

It is easy to believe that success comes from standing out, through our words, achievements, appearance, or influence. But Esther’s story reminds us there is a better way.

Now when the turn came for Esther the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her as his daughter, to go in to the king, she requested nothing but what Hegai the king's eunuch, the custodian of the women, advised. And Esther obtained favor in the sight of all who saw her.Esther 2:15

Esther’s story is filled with quiet strength and God’s favor. When the time came for her to meet the king, she did not try to impress him with extravagance or charm. She did not rely on outward beauty or cleverness. Instead, Esther trusted the wisdom given by Hegai, the one who understood what would please the king, and kept her heart humble. Her gentle restraint showed that her confidence was rooted, not in herself, but in God’s loving guidance.

True favor is not something we earn by trying harder. It comes as we align our hearts with God’s Word. Esther’s humility opened the door for the special favor that would later save her people.

Sometimes, our greatest strength is found in quiet obedience and gentle trust. Esther did not need to try to control her situation; she simply walked in grace. Those around her noticed something different about her, God’s loving hand was clearly at work in her life.

When you face moments that test your character or faith, remember Esther. You do not have to prove your worth or chase approval, God is able to let His favor rest on you, just as He did with Esther. When your heart is humble and your choices are guided by the Holy Spirit, God’s loving presence speaks louder than anything you could do to impress others.

Let today be a gentle reminder: God’s favor is not something we have to earn, it is a beautiful gift. Walk confidently in who God made you to be, and let His grace take care of the rest.Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.

Heavenly Father, teach me to walk in humility and wisdom like Esther. Help me to trust Your timing and guidance, knowing that Your favor surrounds me. May my life reflect Your grace and bring honor to Your name. In the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Walk Confidently In Who God Has Made You To Be, And Let His Grace Do The Rest.
