For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
2 Corinthians 1:20 |
POWER OF AMEN |
God’s promises are always true in Jesus. Every promise He has made comes to life and is completely reliable because of Him. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 2 Corinthians 1:20 When Paul wrote these words to the Corinthians, he wanted them to remember that God never changes His mind or breaks His Word. His Yes lasts forever. God is always faithful, no matter how we are feeling or what life throws at us. Take a moment to reflect on this: every promise in the Bible, peace, provision, strength, forgiveness, eternal life, has already been confirmed by God through Jesus. When we come to God and trust what He says, we are not just wishing He will help us; we are standing on promises that are already settled in heaven. Jesus is the loving proof that God will always do what He said He would. Sometimes, it is hard to believe God’s yes. Life can make us feel like His promises are far away or even out of reach. But God’s timing and ways are different from ours. He has never forgotten you, He is working in your life, even in the waiting. His Word is always true. When we say Amen, we are saying,I agree with You, God. I trust You. It is our way of opening our hearts to what He has already promised us. As a Believer, you can live with that confidence every day. You can face every challenge, every uncertainty, and every unanswered prayer knowing you are standing on promises that will never fail. Jesus is God’s loving Yes to every one of them. Your part is to keep trusting, keep speaking faith, and celebrate as you watch His promises come alive in your life. |
Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you. |
Heavenly Father, thank You for every promise that finds its Yes in Jesus. Help me to trust Your Word, even when I can not see how You are working. Strengthen my faith to say. Amen with confidence, knowing You are faithful in all things. In the Name of Jesus. Amen. |
