It's tempting to think that the times we live in are unprecedented, that no one has ever experienced anything like what you are going through. There certainly are crazy things happening out there. It seems like political violence is on the rise.

In truth, however, there is nothing new under the sun. Many have struggled with similar issues to yours. You are not uniquely flawed.

Because you are in Christ, you are far more amazing and capable than you know. That monster of a problem which has you stressed out? Turn it over to God. He's got this.

Remember God's faithfulness. Rest in His peace. Let God refresh your soul. Everything looks better when viewed from God's perspective.
