TONIGHT's Topic: "Pooh and PTSD"

"On today, the anniversary of A.A. MIlne's death in 1956, we look at his greatest work, that of Winnie the Pooh, and how this little bear named Pooh can help those struggling with PTSD as well as a variety of life issues.

Often called Pooh-isms, A.A. Milne wrote several wise lessons in his literary wonder that gave profound insight into dealing with a myriad of struggles that people often experience.  So much so in fact, that several books have been written about them including one that was on the New York Times bestseller list for 49 weeks called "The Tao of Pooh". Air Force Veteran Steven Bates

Join us tonight in the Warriors for Life support group and Air Force veteran and author Steven Bates' Mid-Week Musings as we look at some of these Pooh-isms and how they relate to veterans and persons struggling with PTSD and depression.
