The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Sunday!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 2 October 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Deserve Day!” Why Not?
“People deserve great leadership and leaders to follow! Do we have good leadership these days? That is questionable in the eyes of many. We deserve leaders that are willing to do their best no matter what they care about and that put the people’s interest ahead of their own. We need leaders that we can look up to and respect. Are you a leader the people deserve and respect?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good Sunday evening Colonel.
Unfortunately respect has become more of a "Me" thing than the "We" thing it should be.
I hope to always deserve God's Grace Gene - thank you for the wonderful message today! You and Linda enjoy your day and I hope you have better strength this fine Sunday brother....
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sister here on VFV. I do not wish to embarrass you Col Burroughs, my friend, but I must say that you most certainly deserve as a leader among your brothers and sisters, the utmost respect for all you do unselfishly. I truly admire you as a leader and as a friend and brother. That being said, I must say there is someone who deserves the most respect of all. He is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He suffered in our place for all of our sin. I felt the following article below, says much about that. Have a blessed day today and always.
