“It’s alright for leaders to change their minds or change a decision based on new facts. Changing your mind is a good quality in a leader as long as it doesn’t become a habit. Leaders that can change their mind are known to be better listeners. It also encourages better decision-making across your team and organization. It’s alright for leaders to be nimble when changes are occurring at such a fast pace. It’s alright for you to be a leader that can change their mind based on new information and facts! Everything about your leadership should be in moderation!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Beware anyone who is incapable of changing their mind or plans. It's alright to set out on a new path when it becomes obvious the old one is going nowhere.

Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. We as veterans of active duty have all had our days when we question whether things are going to work out ok for us. For me the answer is Yes, because God’s Word has promised that it will. I believe that the below addresses that very well. Have a blessed day today and always knowing that it will Be Alright.
