Today’s Message is: “Enough Day!” Why Not?

“When does leadership ever become good enough? It doesn’t! Effective leaders know there is never enough they can do to become the perfect leader. Leadership is constantly evolving and good enough should never be good enough for the leader that is competent. They are always trying to improve their skills, constantly learning, and experiencing the good, bad, and the ugly and applying it to ‘lesson learned!’ Good enough is something you can reach for, it’s an attitude, it’s something you aspire others to reach for, but never get complacent. Great leaders know that striving for ‘good enough’ is an everyday challenge to work towards, but always just a little out of reach.” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

When I think of enough I tend to think of the military trying to fit 10 pounds into a 5 pound bag. Couldn't find just one meme on today's topic so went with more than enough.
