Individuals that experienced trauma in their past or suffer from PTSD, MST, or other invisible wounds can improve their well-being, but first they must believe they can make a change. The beliefs you hold about your abilities and potential are predictive of future outcome, including your well-being.
Drop in TONIGHT as we discuss the difference between a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset and (5) key elements which can help people’s happiness and life satisfaction.
