The foundation of "Warriors for Life" (WFL) Virtual Group Support Community Services is to bring together individuals that need support not just once a month at the VA or with their Primary Care Provider, but to provide ongoing social engagement, "Healing Through Faith," encouragement, and hope weekly by "Sharing and Caring" among others who've been down their same road. It doesn't matter what type of Invisible or Physcial Disability, WFL was designed to be there weekly to provide virtual support and community services from the comfort of your own home.
The WFL Virtual Group Support Community Services allows members to join in on the go or at home or really any location that has WiFi, Internet, telephone service or cellular service as they please and connect from a variety of modern technologies which includes the regular telephone (land line), cell phone, (Android or iPhone), Laptop, iPad, Mac, or PC.
What is WFL all about? It's about a NonProfit Victory for Vetarans (VFV) and a dedicated group of volunteers that have come together to provide awesome peer-to-peer support through a virtual helping hand and a smiling face. Every week they are there to share information after researching different topics and subjects that connect with the participants no matter what the invisible or physcial disabilities may be. Everyone has a different or unique story to tell and share and through this process of connectivity healing is impacted in a positive way, friendships are built that will last a lifetime, and a network of people are connected that care about each other and their journey toward healing and peace of mind.
The program isn't designed to replace anyone's Primary Care Provider or administrator diagnoses, or prescribe any type of medication; it is a supplement to your current care. It is just another hoslistic social engagement platform with veterans, first responders, and civilian supporters helping each other through positive and caring dialogue weekly.
WFL is easy to connect with weekly through a platform call RingCentral which allows us to have over 100 participants on any given evening and unlimited time to provide peer-to-peer support, encouragement, and hope together.
We encourage you join us for the free sponsored program and support plateform provided by Victory for Veterans (VFV). Come give us a "test drive" and please invite and encourage those insividuals you know that can use the support to connect with us on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or "Healing Through Faith" Tuesdays.
We're always looking for more volunteer facilitators to expand into Wednesday and Thursday evenings and double our coverage (6) nights weekly with additional support throughout the nation and worldwide. We currently have members joining us from the Philippines and Australia and we can reach out to anyone across the globe that has Internet, telephone, or cellular capabilities.
